Before moving to Hot Springs Village, I was a Massage Therapist for 12 years in Olympic City, Colorado!  That is also known as Colorado Springs, CO.  I worked on thousands of athletes, and some of my clients were Olympic hopefuls.  There are 7 military bases in Colorado, and I had the honor of working on 2 Generals, many Colonels, Officers, and enlisted men and women to assist with their muscle health.  

I spent an additional 250 hours in-person training, acquiring my Neuromuscular Certification and Trigger Point Release Certification, which are specialized in-depth knowledge of trigger point therapy to help you repair or loosen those stubborn muscles.  Only 13 schools in the country are approved to teach this class.  

I offer reasonable rates to allow everyone to acquire a monthly massage to optimize health, relaxation, and a clear mind.  I am not only here to give you an excellent massage; I am also here to educate you on health and daily body needs.

I believe in relaxation for the body, soul and mind with my Relaxation/ Swedish massage.

I specialize in pain treatments through my intense Neuro-Muscular/Deep Tissue/Trigger Point/Therapeutic massages.

Fibromyalgia & Myofascia Release massages are also available.
